The Professional Dr. Green is a member of the AMA, the American Urologic Association, the Air Force Society of Clinical Surgeons, the Association of Military Surgeons of the USA, the Texas Medical Association, and the Dallas County Medical Society. Dr. Mason received his B.A. Degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo, MS degree from Rosewell Park Memorial Institute in Buffalo, New York, and M.D. degree from Howard University College of Medicine in Washington D.C. He completed his internship at Fitzsimmons Army Medical Center in Denver, Colorado and residency training in urology at the Madian Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington. He achieved the rank of Major in the United States Army Medical Corps. While in the Army, Doctor Mason served as Brigade Surgeon, 4th Infantry Division, Ft. Carson, Colorado and Chief of Urology at Martin Army Hospital at Ft. Benning, Georgia. He served as section chief of urology at Medical City Dallas Hospital in Dallas, 1995. He was a member of the Permanente Medical Group in Dallas, 1991 - 1995. He received an academic appointment as clinical assistant professor of Surgery/Urology at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, 1988-1991. He is a Diplomate, National Board of Medical Examiners, Certified by the American Board of Urology and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Doctor Mason is a member of the American Urological Association, National Medical Association, Texas Medical Association, and the Dallas County Medical Society.
