The Professional
Dr. Green is Board Certified and a Fellow of American College of Surgeons.  Dr. Green received his medical degree from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles and completed his General Surgery and Urology Residences at the University of California at Irvine.  He began his practice in 1978 while serving with the US Air Force.  During his Air Force career Dr. Green attained the rank of Colonel and was appointed consultant in urology to the Surgeon General of the USAF.  He is the recipient of the Air Force Legion of Merit Medal, one of the highest non-combat decorations.  In 1981, while assigned to the US Air Force Medical Center in Wiesbaden, West Germany, Dr. Green participated in the repatriation process of the Americans held hostage in Iran.

Dr. Green is a member of the AMA, the American Urologic Association, the Air Force Society of Clinical Surgeons, the Association of Military Surgeons of the USA, the Texas Medical Association, and the Dallas County Medical Society.  He has received numerous awards and is well published in many major medical journals.  Dr. Green has served as the Vice-President of the Urology Section of the National Medical Association.

Personal
Dr. Green and his wife Bernadette, a former news reporter for KXAS-Channel 5, have three children:  Geoffrey, Rylee and Remington.  Dr. Green holds a commercial pilot?s license and is a certified flight instructor.  He enjoys skiing, golf, baseball and tennis.  He is an accomplished saxophone and piano player and his "musical specialty" is jazz!

Dr. Mason received his B.A. Degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo, MS degree from Rosewell Park Memorial Institute in Buffalo, New York, and M.D. degree from Howard University College of Medicine in Washington D.C.  He completed his internship at Fitzsimmons Army Medical Center in Denver, Colorado and residency training in urology at the Madian Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington.  He achieved the rank of Major in the United States Army Medical Corps.  While in the Army, Doctor Mason served as Brigade Surgeon, 4th Infantry Division, Ft. Carson, Colorado and Chief of Urology at Martin Army Hospital at Ft. Benning, Georgia.  He served as section chief of urology at Medical City Dallas Hospital in Dallas, 1995.  He was a member of the Permanente Medical Group in Dallas, 1991 - 1995.  He received an academic appointment as clinical assistant professor of Surgery/Urology at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, 1988-1991.  He is a Diplomate, National Board of Medical Examiners, Certified by the American Board of Urology and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.  Doctor Mason is a member of the American Urological Association, National Medical Association, Texas Medical Association, and the Dallas County Medical Society.  Dr. Mason is an experienced and skilled urologist.
